During our site visit, we determined that the roof system was constructed with clear span trusses so the walls could be removed and we confirmed this with an engineer. Measurements of the house were taken and an as is floor plan was drawn up along with several proposed layouts. With that information and a cost estimate, our client gained clarity and confidence that this house was a worthy investment as a fix and flip.
