HSP does a feasibility study. It seems like it will be a straight forward exercise to convert the carport to a fully enclosed garage given the existing conditions. However, after a closer look at the structural elements, the existence of a nearby tree, the proximity to lotlines and the location of the front entry – the plot thickened. We were able to identify the potential obstacles, design limitations and an estimated cost to create a garage. That information is what the buyer needed to determine that this property would not work for him and he decided not to make an offer.
