Can You Do The Bumpty Bump!

The Situation:

New listing for realtor who thought she could capture great Flatiron views by bumping out the office and adding an upper deck over the garage. Before the house went into the MLS, the selling agent wanted to know if her ideas were feasible.

Home Strategy Solution:

The client was able to provide an ILC so we used that to draw a site plan. We also measured the existing rooms to create an as-is floor plan. Next, we took height measurements and did a solar shadow analysis to determine how far the office could be bumped out. We then did 3D renderings of the existing home and the proposed scenario which our client had on display at her open house.
